At PIXAR E-Bike, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your high-performance e-bike, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the E-Bike

  Carefully repackage your e-bike in its original shipping crate, ensuring all components, batteries, and chargers are securely fastened.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the bike directly from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the bike for performance integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
