How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Our high-capacity lithium-ion batteries typically provide a range of 45 to 70 miles, depending on the terrain, rider weight, and the level of pedal assist used.
Do PIXAR E-Bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the setup in under 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for bikes with over 10 miles of usage.
Are PIXAR E-Bikes water-resistant?
Yes, all our models feature an IP65 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend pressure washing or submerging the bike in water.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
Every PIXAR E-Bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
